RUSTY HILL + SAVAGE BURRITO

November 30, 2021
Rusty has been partnering with Uncle Julio's for their food photography for years and one of the great things to spring up over the last year was the opportunity to help kick start a ghost kitchen of Uncle Julio’s called Savage Burrito.

Rusty's client's needs vary from complex propping and moody lighting to minimal props and bright lighting. In the creative collaboration phase, Rusty and Savage Burrito determined that the best creative approach for this project would be to keep the set simple with bold colors and let the food be the true hero.

Their target market is aimed directly at the 20s - 30s looking for delivery services to keep up with the demands of their busy social and work lives. This simple creative approach was best served because these images are primarily being used on food delivery apps and their website.

Savage Burrito patrons can choose from any one of their signature creations or create something entirely on their own. They have the freshest fillings within a variety of hand-crafted, flavor-infused tortillas unlike any you’ve had before, including traditional, fire-roasted salsa or spicy Cholula. We're loving the Fried Chicken Picnic, what's yours?!
