Wanting to give back and help make a difference,
Photographer / Director George Kamper stepped up for Somerset Academy Charter School’s football team, the Lions. In their efforts to update their scoreboard and equipment, Kamper suggested creating a calendar to help raise funding for the team. Seeing their punishing season without any wins and adequate gear, Kamper didn't just take pictures. He captured their real struggle and spirit.
The images were beautifully designed into the new calendar by creative Soren Thielman of Mighty & Small. These aren’t just photos; they tell the story of a team and their coaches pushing through challenges. You can see his work in the 2024 Lions Football Team Fundraising Calendar available now.
